I had begun to think that front desk staff were trained to be curt, unhelpful, and downright unpleasant. That is, until I became a patient at Grandview Dental. This medical practice ought to give seminars on how to treat patients. We are greeted by name with a smile (!). We are not kept waiting. Staff are friendly and conversational. I actually feel like I am the purpose of their day and not an interruption to it. Thank you.

Today I had a very satisfying experience with Grandview Dental. It started from the sign-in desk all the way to my leaving the office. All very considerate and a thorough knowledge of what they were doing.
