I was on a waiting list to be seen, since I was finding it difficult to set up an appointment to coincide with my work, and I was called by the office to offer an available time, that had been canceled. I was happy to get my cleaning and check up which was, as usual, done very quickly and professionally by the awesome staff. Thanks.

I had my initial appointment on the morning of June 30 and was promised a treatment plan to document the scope and pricing of the work that needed done later that afternoon. July 8, I still have no treatment plan nor have I heard from anyone at the office. I call and I'm offered apologies and excuses about vacation and the holiday.
