I had my initial appointment on the morning of June 30 and was promised a treatment plan to document the scope and pricing of the work that needed done later that afternoon. July 8, I still have no treatment plan nor have I heard from anyone at the office. I call and I'm offered apologies and excuses about vacation and the holiday. As always, your service was outstanding and t... As always, your service was outstanding and there was no wait. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and excellent at their job. You have the latest technology, communication between the assistants and the dentists is immediate (through your headsets) and so people are there right when you need them, so there is never any wait. The result on my crowns was also great...perfect fit, and no pain. I would highly recommend this dentist to everyone.
