Tis' the season of love! And I do love living at Polaris Crossing. Super affordable and convinent. Also the sweet upgrades to the apartments and the clubhouse! Not to mention the friendly, helpful and just plain awesome staff! When looking for a place in the Polaris area look no further then right here! Love, love, love. WOW! This place is everything I hoped it would be...and more. I recently moved down to Columbus from the Cleveland area. I originally had a list of 5 housing developments picked out but I did not have time on my side. I had to virtually tour these places from pictures and graphics that were online. Ever since stepping foot into Polaris Crossing's office the customer service has been nothing but exceptional!! Alessandra, Jennifer and Sierra are fantastic!! They are always able to answer any questions I may have and are always wanting to help!! The maintenance team always does a great job and can get the job done with little notice! All of the upgrades from the stainless steel appliances, to the cabinets and flooring are of great quality and much nicer than any other place in the Polaris area.
