Polaris crossing is good community to stay with better infrastructure. Property manager will assist you for all your queries.
Been at Polaris Crossing for a couple of months now. Super happy with the amazing staff and how accommodating they are! The location is awesome as well, basically everything you need within 5 minutes. Love it here!
Having people who care is more important than you think! You can tell the staff cares about everything!
I've lived here for a year and renewed my lease for another year. The staff is responsive, helpful, and personable. I've never had any issues with appliances or noise. The Polaris traffic can be bad if you're making a left turn out of Staffington during rush hour, but that only amounts to a mild inconvenience of waiting a few minutes. The rent is reasonable and it's cheaper than the other apartment buildings in Polaris I had been considering.
I have lived at Polaris Crossing sing moving back to Columbus in August 2015 and have recently re-signed for another year.. The staff is friendly and the amenities are great. Come check this place out I am glad I did.
