I lived in Polaris crossing apartments before the renovations but I did see several of the renovated apartments and they are very nicely done. I am leaving this review today due to the service I received. Alessandra, the current property manager took such good care of me as I transitioned out of Polaris crossing, she always remembered my name and which apartment I lived in, always very responsive and she is such a pleasure to talk to. The apartments are good and well-maintained.The staff especially Alessandra , she is one of the nicest person I have worked with.The leasing process was so smooth , I have never had this kind of service and professionalism.I definitely recommend these apartments.

Staff is amazing! Patrick and Alessandra you guy’s are fantastic :) These are great apartments in a great area, office staff are always friendly and are quick to respond, I started loving my time here and will always recommend it to others.
Polaris crossing is one of the best apartments in the city! The updates are well done and the pool and fitness center are awesome. The staff is always helpful and quick to respond!
