RecommendedThis was my first apartment in USA. I got all the help that i could from the rental office. Before moving here I explored lots of options around but finally liked this. Super nice property with a great team in the office and maintenance!
Outdoor part of the apartments are very dirty. All of the trash cans around the pool and grill were removed so now everyone just throws their trash on the ground. Including bones chicken made on the grill, store bags, and beer bottles/cans/caps. The chicken bones have been laying there for about two weeks now. Choking hazards for both kids and dogs. Also someone spilled a milkshake outside the entry door on the bottom floor and it was about a month before it was cleaned up. Bugs flying all around it.
Polaris Crossing by Champion Apartments is an outstanding entity for the residents of Westerville/Worthington. The staff is swift, professional and hard working. We just moved into Polaris Crossing apartments and love it here! Jordyn and Kali are awesome and super helpful, not to mention the apartments are great! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Lost my keys this weekend and came down and met Kali and Jordyn and they hooked me up with another key no problem. Also found out we have mutual friends. Love these girls! So happy they’re here.

The property managers over here are seriously the best! Always so kind, helpful and honest. If you ever need anything call Alessandra, she will take care of you!
