What Chuck Hammel doesn`t realize is my sellers made the decision to accept the offer on their home. They reviewed multiple offers and were fully aware of the showings that were left to be seen. They also felt the offer they accepted was to good to let sit on the table. More importantly the sellers made the decision for them based on their wants and needs! They are extremely happy with THEIR choice!!
