Point north dental has a very professional staff warm, staff is caring and courteous, They see you on or before your appointment time. I had a permanent tooth put in and everything was explained thoroughly to me and I was extremely satisfied with the results, dr. Kim also has the capabilities of doing his own crowns I find this a big plus.

Thank you for the terrific service yesterday, I arrived 30 minutes early but was seen right away. I've always found Pointe North Dental and North Pointe Dental to provide high quality service at fair prices. And the staff at both locations are very friendly and helpful.

I just finished an appointment that I had made yesterday and was seen within 24 hours. This is nothing special for DR Kim. I have been a patient for over 12 years and would not give one second thought of leaving for another Dentist. I find Dr. Kim to be exemplary in his field and is as painless as possible. He always checks on you after numming you to be sure that your procedure is as painless as possible. Man, oh man. This office is fantastic. Michelle at the front office was great. She already called my provider to update my coverage changes and made sure I was taken care of. I've been coming here for 13 years and the service here has never faltered. It's quality staff like Michelle that make me glad I've never changed dentist. The whole staff has always been stellar, but Michelle got the Gold Star today.
