Once you get in, service is good. But, if you try to get past the computer on the phone GOOD LUCK!
Don't get prescriptions for bifocals made here. All of the bifocals I have gotten are not good for reading anything up close. I bought a pair of reading glasses for $50 bucks from their optometry shop. However, they aren't bifocals. I can read what's on my labtop screen but not anything on my phone. Go get bifocals made somewhere else made by optometrists who can keep their business running. The VA tends to hire the worst people for the job.
