Leslie was OUTSTANDING... I drove a friend to Salisbury ..2 hours away in the pouring rain to Nissan yesterday. Leslie embodies and surpasses all that Nissan expects from its employees. She is extremely courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable. My wife and I really appreciate her support thru-out the car buying process. We will recommend her and the dealership because of the outstanding customer service that she provided to us.
They brought me to their delaeeship with lies and manipulation tactics. Upon arrival all of their dishonesty was brought to the light. They had us waiting for an hour and wasted our time. When we confronted the manager about how poorly we had been treated and the lies we were told, she was unreceptive and rude. I bought my current car from them and with being a former customer, I am surprised by how poorly I was treated. First time for service after we purchased a new 2016 Nissan Maxima in July. Oil change & recall, Faye Browse & Bruce Kovak were very helpful. Faye explained everything about recall & they were able to take care of it. I found their service department very knowledgeable!!!
Wonderful experience with Kevin robles!! He's the man to go to for all your car needs. Even though he was super busy that day he got us in a wonderful car and was very thorough and answered all my follow up questions!
