The customer service in the service dept was the worst ever. Asked about a recall that was fixed on my car and I was told it was free and I didnt need to know what it was for. This is nothing like the service Im use to recieving from Faye and I think his name is Brad.
Had a great experience picking out my new Nissan Sentra with Kevin. He did a great job explaining all the new features I would have and was a great salesman to deal with. Will definitely be back in the future because of him.

Anthony Lewis gave me the worst treatment any costumer deserve, rude, unprofessional and discourteous. Try to contact his boss several time to make complaint and waited one month without response. Decided not to ever deal with any of them at Pohanka Nissan, sold my car and purchased new vehicle at another dealer not related with any Pohanka brand.
