Stay far away from this place. They sell less than sub-par used cars that supposedly go through some super thorough inspection. Nope. They sell cars they know are crap. When I brought mine back after repeated repairs, they acted like they did me some huge favor by buying it back. Now it's on the lot to be sold, and I'm sure the transmission was not replaced as suggested by my personal mechanic (Pohanka said it fine, of course). And if you have issues/concerns, don't even hold you breath waiting for someone to call you back. ... read more
Brought our Nissan in for new shocks. After confirming what work was to be done, my husband sat and waited. When the car was done we found out they had done extra service without talking to us first to pad the bill an extra $500. Whenever we take the car there, we always get a call asking us to take a survey to rate their service. Guess I shouldn't be surprised that they did not call us this time.
I bought a 2015 Sentra SR in January. Frenchie and the entire staff treated me like family. First foreign and I'm glad I decided Nissan and Pohanka. My car is nothing short of incredible. I should of done this years and years ago. Best experience I've had ever, buying a car! Can't wait to get my Frontier. :)
