Dale "King" and the loan officer went above and beyond even staying until 10pm to meet the criteria I wanted. He has more than excellent customer service and listens to your needs. And everyone that was left in the building clapping for my new purchase was an awesome touch to the atmosphere that Pohanka Nissan has!
