Purchased a car last year. I’ve called numerous times to have the issue resolved. Second battery, no air conditioning, and brake light won’t go off. This car is a lemon.
Cedric was so busy, multi tasking at his best! I didn't have great credit as a server it's difficult to prove income , but he went to work, and had me in my new car... It was hot, he he Made sure the vehicles had the AC on before I test drove several cars... . The entire place was laid back, and even brought me water, and a snack, made me feel very welcome. A lot of good laughs. Not one of those dry boring, all about getting your $ deals. They take time out to explain everything! Cedric is the man! ����
From start to finish Dale was professional, personable, and his customer service was impeccable. I handed my 18 year old daughter over to him so she could buy a new car and he walked her thru the process and made it seamless. Thank you for employing such a great customer service representative. I don’t want to call him a car salesman because there is such a stigma attached to that title & dale was NONE of the negative things that people associate with car salesmen.

Needed a new car for a growing family that I could still run through the mud at work. Dale "King" was courteous and helpful and I drove off with a new Rogue that I like very much. It is the second vehicle I've bought from pohanka and will not be the last.
