I had a huge issue with their service department, I could not be more upset by the customer service offered to me. My transmission blew on my Sentra that was only 3 years old, thankfully it was covered under the powertrain warranty. However, in the process of the towing and such someone (dealer or tow truck) dented my driver's door leaving me with a $1,700 bill.
