Was glad that I was sent this survey. To even give score of poor is more than I feel is needed. We had a terrible service visit to have an oil change done. our appointment was at 9am for a simple oil change and filter. we arrived 15 min early for our appointment. We gave the service writer the keys and went to wait for it to be done. No one from service contacted us or most of the customers in the waiting room for updates on our vehicles. Brought the vehicle in for a check engine light,they went above and beyond,vehicle had an airbag recall we didn’t know about they fixed and they done a 27 point inspection also and a few other simple things,,we are very satisfied with their service and professionalism
I needed an oil change and tire rotation and I was able to get an appointment within a few days. The work was completed as expected and satisfactorily. Thank you to the Pogue service team..
