Bought several chains from this company in the last year and now they never respond or want to sell you anything anymore. I gave them a great review but now they act like they don't know me. Beware of this company !!!! At one point I thought they were legit but I think otherwise now. Some companies selling less carat than what you are paying for so make sure they are selling you the correct percentage of gold. Got to contact Cubano knows and key him know what's up with Pochy now. You won't get my business anymore!!!

Got my chain today from Pochy, and it is amazing!!!!! The best chain I've purchased hands down!!! 👌. I have purchased cuban link chains from Daniel Jewelry, Gus Villa, Goldzenn, and Trax NYC. Let's not count Trax NYC because they don't make handmade cuban link chains. Pochy links are tight and don't kink at all. Hangs straight like a damn razor blade. Pésima experiencia con esta joyería . Estuve esperando dos semanas por una reparación por una cadena q compré y al instante se rompió . Haciéndome perder mi tiempo diciéndome q estaba lista y nunca estaba , hasta hoy q la recojo. Nunca se comunicaron conmigo para informarme nada , si yo no llamaba ellos no me decían nada . No la recomiendo , cero profesionalismo y customer service
