I had the grilled pork chops, black eye peas, mashed taters and gravy, everything was very good, except, didn't really care for the black eye peas, but, they were ok, service was excellent, but, maybe a bit pushy

I ate here for the first time last week and really enjoyed the food. Brought my wife to eat out tonight. The owner is very friendly and down to earth. Brought us a sample of their Cajun gumbo for us to try it. He actually remembered me from my first time here. Very good food, great service and the music they play really takes you back to a much simpler life. I highly recommen coming by and I guarantee you'll enjoy it!!!
I was looking for a restaurant that served chicken fried steak and was a little skeptical at first. But once inside I realized this place is special. I was scoping out everyone's plate as I walked by and every plate looked delicious. I ordered the CFS and was not disappointed. The next time I came in I chose the Fried Shrimp Dinner. OMG!
