PNC is Not a good bank. If you can go someone else I recommend that you do so. I have been with them for years but now they have changed drastically. Very unprofessional.

My car broke down, and I tried purchasing a vehicle with the money from my BBVA bank. I planned on doing a wire transfer because the checks were still on the way in the mail. It was a no go. I had way more money in my account then I was asking for, and they would not do it for me even after verifying it was me after answering all their questions correctly like other banks do. Does not even deserve a 1 star. This is the worst banking establishment I have ever dealt with. The employees are inept. On more than one occasion over the past 4 years in paying a car loan, they have mis-applied payments. Now trying to pay off the car loan early, no one can stop the automatic payments. When transferred to the loan department no one picks up. I am a senior and would like to deal with this matter on-line. This experience is as bad as trying to find a vaccine.

I just found out that I was charged an overdraft fee that literally makes no sense. I woke up on the morning of 1/21/21 to see my bank account had been overdrawn. RAN to the ATM to put money in before work and despised just enough to cover the overdraft amount because my payday was the next day. I've been trying to get fraudulent charges on my account reviewed and the situation resolved for two weeks. Customer support has been nearly impossible to get a hold of between long wait times, tickets being ignored and the phone lines being being "down" for the day with no notice. Can't get a hold of anyone on the phone or messages (the only two ways to contact them).It's been 2 weeks now since I've been asking them to close my account, I want to get out of this mess, no answer.I have an automatic ACH set up that I cannot cancel and every week I have to transfer the money back to my proper bank.I can't believe I can't get a hold of anyone to close my account, did they all pack up and leave??
This on line banking is a scam. They have blocked my account for no reason and won't release my money now for over a month. They don't answer any of my messages sent on line and now their phone number cuts off after they tell you to go to their stupid customer support that no one is monitoring or answering.
I'm very concerned as I've not been able to get in touch with you via the phone. I've been abroad since Covid started.
