Do not trust! Received 12 months 0% intro financing with their credit card which they did not honor even though we have it in writing and confirmed more than on one occasion with their customer service team. Requested copies of the phone recordings but they refuse to send. Additionally, their customer service team needs training desperately as they seem to be clueless. Will never, ever, earn our business.
I had a car loan I paid off in 2016 I went to sell this car and they have never released the lein on it. I have called 5 times now to get this information and am told it takes **** days to process this information and another **** days to get it mailed. I am asking for something electronically to the state so I can sell this vehicle!! I have been told we should have requested this release before now!! Really? It's your responsibility to release the lein within 30 days of it being paid off.

Yes we ran into that situation because the loan was paid in full in Oct 2016. But you can find it under my daughters name ******************* and we still have not received the lein release. This is absolutely ridiculous!! Had someone done their job properly in 2016 this would not be an issue right now. I have been given the run around every time I call and we are always assured that it is being sent yet we have not received it.
I banked with PNC Bank for some years as a means for a local bank. I opened 3 accounts, 2 accounts belonging to my 15 and 17 year old sons. My 15yr old was recently in contact with someone on snap chat that sent him checks to his email. The person on SNAP asked that he deposited these checks and provide them with a percentage of the funds. I've had PNC for 12 years, and just recently made the switch to Chase. They have TERRIBLE customer service. They take advantage of people during a pandemic, and I'm currently sitting on hold for going on 3 HOURS over a simple issue. Should have made the switch to a different bank a long time ago. Please save yourself and never open an account to begin with.

I opened a credit card with them in December due to the $1000 signup bonus. Now the company is saying the bonus is $600 and refuses to honor the promotion. Other people who opened the card at the same time I did received the full $1000 promotional bonus
Dealing with PNC was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Please read this review before considering them as your money holders. I wrote a check for a down payment on my new car for $10,000. I figured this would send red flags to the bank when I did it, so it was no surprise when they sent me an email alerting me of the transaction. Horrible customer service. No resolve to my fraudulent charges. Decided to pay off charges to avoid ruining my credit.
I called back on January 12th to get access to my online account and they said they had to send me a pin by mail to get on my locked up account and I was like ok, well it never came so we just mailed in the payoff amount we had gotten on the 12th (with a 15 day per diem). Well they still hadn't received it by the 29th so I called and told them we would do a do a stop payment on that check and pay over the phone since It was clearly lost in the mail.
