When I first got PNC bank, I loved them. I loved that they cared that I was a student and that their customer service was usually helpful. You're always on hold for hours then they hang up. I have tried several times to contact BBVA itself and all they can do is transfer me and then I get hung up on. Someone has changed my phone number information I can't get into the app and all they tell you to do is log in and send them a secure message. How can you send a secure message in the app if you can't get into the app? Someone has literally stolen my account from me and there is nothing I can do to know where I can turn.
I've had fraud happen twice on my checking account. Both times I feel it has been fraud that my previous bank would have noticed and put a block on my card. The most recent instance happened early December 2020. As soon as I noticed I called the support line to report it. After waiting almost an hour and a half I got to a support rep who supposedly took care of my dispute. Fast forward two weeks, I haven't heard anything so I send them a direct support message. Simple was supposed to have their partner bank issue a $90K cashier's check to me and overnight it to me. The money has been taken from my account, but the cashier's check is nowhere to be found. It's been days and it still has not been sent (was supposed to be overnighted to me). This company effectively stole 90K from me. STAY AWAY.
So far, absolutely terrible. STAY CLEAR. It's a decent mobile experience but definitely not worth the headaches. I am a recent new customer of PNC, but thus far I am impressed with my branch and their banking services. The online checks they issue are very attractive looking. I am a 3-month customer so far, but as far as their bank products and personnel go, PNC is tops!
Complete failure and waste of time. Go elsewhere for any financing needs. All other reviews depict the same. PNC doesn't care.

I've seen a steady decline in service over the years. Lots of employee turnover at my local bank. Local bank did away with Saturday morning hours. I worked out of town and weekday hours weren't sufficient for me/my schedule.Most recently I am trying to understand why it takes two or more weeks for BBVA Alabama to receive (via ***** my credit card payment and to actually post it to my account. PNC is not taking COVID-19 and those who are unemployed into consideration when adding on multiple overdraft fees even after I been calling every day to stop a payment or prevent a payment from happening.
