Very displeased in the service I been receiving from PNC ! I am a business account holder for almost 2 yrs now and the hidden and “system error” of charges I have received drew the line for me! I am formally complaining and contacting all sources possible! Its so easy for big corporations as this to take small minority businesses limited funds, for their financial gain! And we are the ones here suffering in results to their model ways of conducting business! I will not disclose in full detail the situations that have happene... read more
I recommend going anywhere else for a mortgage loan. I am a long time customer of PNC for checking and savings, but this experience with the mortgage department has been so painful that I plan on closing out my other accounts to avoid having to deal with them. My main issues is that they are very incompetent with information. They ask for the same documentation multiple times, they cc the wrong people on emails that contain personal info, and do not respond to anything via email. If you want to ask a question, you must call.... read more
When I got a postcard from PNC saying they would give me $200 to open an account with them with a $2,000 initial deposit, it seemed like a good deal. Seeing they only have one branch in Houston, and it is in a high traffic Medical Center location, I decided to take my chances with an online application on Monday, 11/23 around noon. When I hadn't heard anything by Saturday 11/28, I called the only number available and got a customer service rep. She said my application showed to be pending and it was all she could tell me. I ... read more
They allowed someone to take ****** dollars out my account I filed a police report and on the 25th of this month will make 60 days why would one with a police report have to wait that long to receive money back do not bank with these people I also found out that they sent my business card to an address they claim I had on file with BBVA I've never had an account with them nor have I ever lived at the address they sent the card too I just want my money back smh
I have had my credit card with PNC since 2016 and they just closed my account due to delinquency? But going back to payment history I see I've only had 5 late payments! My last late payment was in 2018 not long after having a baby! So now that the account is closed its still accruing interest and I will be sure to never take them up on all these offers they email me. I had a loan with them which I paid extra on monthly and the loan was paid off months early but they felt the need to close my credit account. PNC is a joke and... read more
They stole my money and it is not the first time they stole 1400 to day and a few months ago they did it again with spirit the next step is to sue them because this is ridiculous this time it was when they got hacked they took that money they told me that they will put it back in 14 days know they saying that I cant get my money
I’ve have been a PNC customer for over 20+ years and have been satisfied with my banking experience until recently. I’m the executor of my fathers estate and needed to utilize their Notary service to complete an Affidavit for Domicile. It’s a one page document to confirm death and home address. The PNC notary refused to notarize my document because she said she was new and wasn’t familiar with the document. Cant PNC do better than this? PNC offers this service free to their customers, so shouldn’t they at least try and help ... read more

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I see that I am not the only one that is dissatisfied with this so-called bank. My story is similar to others. It seems as if 2020 was the year to take money from customers, lie to customers, no help customers, you name it, this "bank" did anything that was negative. I am truly disgusted. I have been with Simple for 3 years. I got this bank as a safe to travel because if I lost my card or it was stolen, then I'd only lose the money that was on there. There would also be no overdraft fees b... read more
I have been with PNC Mortgage for eight years and nearly every step of the process has been fraught with delay, confusion, and incompetence. I will be refinancing soon with a different company, but even that is unfortunately difficult to do with PNC not having their paperwork in order. To give the most recent example: They placed our account in forbearance this past summer (due to COVID presumably) without any consent or approval from us, then extended it for an additional three months - still without asking us - despite the... read more
