Worst bank ever for customer service....Based out of ****** ********************** bank there again. Been total nightmare..
WORST BANK EVER!!! DO NOT USE THIS BANK! Everything is outsourced to complete MORON IDIOTS overseas who have NO CLUE about anything and you can't talk to anybody in *************. For two days I've tried to get an issue resolved and nobody knows what to do or what I'm talking about and claim they can't switch you to **. This is BEYOND UNFREAKINBELIEVEABLE!!! Pandemic hasn’t stopped and Pnc takes advantage of this situation. When the pandemic first hit, they helped me out and waived overdraft fees and but now they no longer do it. I was exposed to someone with COVID and had to be out of work and as soon as I get back to work, my pregnant wife had to get surgery. Money’s been tight since she hasn’t been working much. I opened a credit card online last month. The process took 2 weeks rather than 48 hours the most. After one billing cycle, i wanted to set up "Auto Pay" so i don't worry about missing any due date and payments.So i wanted to enroll in Autopay. Their process is to send you a text message to a mobile number on file. Then i realized that i had changed my number. Sadly, I'm forced to offer BBVA one undeserved star. BBVA is not worth of any stars. I have never had a worse customer service experience than dealing with the fraud department. What a waste of time. Assuming you are willing to wait for 30+ minutes to speak with an "investigator" it will do you no good as they have terribly poor training. And when you think they've resolved your problem you will find out later that they did NOTHING. No resolution. BBVA Compass Bank has misplaced $350 of my mortgage funds. Three checks were cashed with my account number on the checks ($100, $100, and $150) but my mortgage account was never credited. I has been almost 2 months now and they still have not figured out where the fund are.
Having a great banking relationship with the bank of my choice is uber important to me! Yesterday that trust was lost when I spoke with a representative on April 15, 2021 who lied to me, simply put. I was so excited to start using Simple, I signed up for an account and within 5 days I got an email they they were closing and switching to BBVA. I called customer service and they assured me it would be a seamless transition so I stayed. I set up all my direct deposits and auto **** pays, everything was great. About 4 months later I started getting emails from companies saying my auto withdrawal was denied so I just assumed I forgot to set them up. This issue with this is that we have received multiple emails and notices stating that we needed to "do nothing" and our accounts would be a seamless transfer to BBVA. We were told "your accounts will not be closed, your account numbers will remain the same" and then my account was closed with no explanation. Upon losing my job in September 2020 due to COVID-19 related issues, I was unable to make my credit card payment to BBVA. In January 2021, I called and requested if they would remove finance charges and late fees and I will pay off my balance by March 2021. At the end of February, I noticed that these fees were removed, so on March 2, 2021, I went online to my BBVA app and made this payment in full.
