Wow, where do I start? This company took over my previous bank, Simple on 5/8. Prior to that, I had attempted to get my money out of simple and switch banks, but was not allowed to access my funds. This wasn't BBVAs fault, but it was aggravating. Fast forward to 5/19 and since the transition, I have been trying to close my account and transfer funds, but NOTHING has happened. Lack of customer service is reason why I continue to bank elsewhere. I came to the ******/Cherry Creek BBVA branch when I was told they would have the uncirculated bills I'd requested days earlier. Before conceding they had no access to the safe (because the only person with access had been out for three days), I was criticized for wanting uncirculated bills (which the FED says they eagerly provide through retail banks); and after it was apparent they'd wasted my time, there was not the slightest apology for the inconvenienc... read more

Worst customer service , constantly system down issues. impossible to speak to anyone that can answer your questions. They charge you to deposit ******** currency. What is this industry coming to, where is the pride and integrity of a real business. I have since closed 7 account with this bank.

On April 9th I contacted my bank PNC bank in regards to a merchant New tree that I placed an order with after attempting to make adjustments to the order and being told that they would not be able to. I asked the merchant to cancel the order and I advised that I would be contacting my bank to ask them to not release the funds, in the process of me doing this I was told by my bank that I would have to allow the pending to go through and than I would have to file a dispute, it took approximately 5 business days for the bank to... read more

I went into this branch hoping to get some information on the letter i received . The branch manager ***** ******* made my experience awful. He made fun of me being deaf and He told me I was frustrating him and kicked me out . I advise anyone with disabilitys to not come to this location . They will treat you poorly .

BBVA's Simple migration, which took place on May 8, 2021 has been an absolute nightmare for thousands of users. We were told for months that the transition would be smooth and in May 8th we'd use an online tool to convert our accounts from Simple to BBVA without issue or interruption to our online banking. Their system completely failed, as is evident by the ******* threads directed as @BBVA_USA. The transition from Simple to BBVA is a dumpster fire. If in 2021 they can't figure out how to let users have access to their own accounts, I'd recommend everyone getting there money as soon as they can out of these incompetent people's hands.

Shocking this bank leaves its customer stranded. :( Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Unable to log in online and unable to talk to someone on the phone. The website directs me to call their customer service number, when I call, a generic message tells me they are having technical problems and hangs up. This has been going on for days! Truly unbelievable! BBVA should be ashamed. What kind of company has ZERO concern for their customers?

I am a simple customer, the transition happened yesterday 5/8/2021. When trying to set up my online account I was immediately locked out due to their servers being overwhelmed. I tried calling customer service for help and was hung up on each time for "technical issues". I tried the online chat and help for 4 hours with no response before giving up.
