Worst bank ever! I've had over $150k in the account yet it glitches all the time for different reasons. Freezes your money with no way to get access to or correct it until after the weekend or holiday. App doesn't work sometimes and it locks you out because of the glitches. I've had 5 banks in my life and this ranks dead bottom. Not even trying to exaggerate.

My mortgage was sold to PNC bank so I had no option in choosing them. In Sept I wanted to switch the bank where my automated payments were coming from. They don't allow bank account updates online or on the phone, so I mailed them a letter with the updated account info. In Nov I received a letter that they hadn't received a payment for the last two months. When I called them they weren't able to give a reason for why the payments weren't going through. DO NOT GET A CREDIT CARD FROM PNC!!! I have had a credit card with PNC for 3-4 years now. In the last year their fraud department has made it impossible to use the card for anything. My normal annual charges for my business are rejected depsite having plenty of credit on the card and then it takes numerous phone calls and hours on hold to get the hold removed in order to even make the purchase required for my business.I notified them I was going out of town and they still denied my travel charges and I spent ****************... read more
Terrible customer service. Kept on hold when calling business banking services, transferred from one department to another, no call back or e-mail response, overall terrible.

I was a BBVA customer for 2 years I only have a credit card with them and paid the same amount for 2 years and now that they changed to PNC my payments have almost doubled and I was not advised of this. Had I known that PNC would charge me so much more I would have made arrangements to pay off my credit card sooner. Since day one of the change I have had nothing but issues and lies being told to me from PNC no one has given me any useful information and I am very unhappy and upset by this change. You're better off keeping your money under your mattress with all of hidden fees this bank has. Biggest scam of 2021.
They are crooks. Do NOT trust them with your money, they will take it. The representatives and management at the customer service number are extremely rude. They need to be shut down.
***** should get a raise! She was very helpful and stayed on the phone while I was guided to activate my card. Instead of me having to ask her to stay on the phone to make sure it worked, she OFFERED!. It was nice and unexpected. Most businesses dont even have agents anymore and do not care. I was with BBVA Compass since 1986. The PNC acquisition took place two weeks before I was moving to Mexico. I held an estate sale for everything in my house, final packing, and four days in the hospital in that two weeks.
