Identity Theft. My experience with PNC personal banking when I experienced fraud.I was surprised to see an unfamiliar $3500 withdrawal from my account. I called and reported fraud. Upon my investigation from the image available on line and from speaking to the agent someone filled out a withdrawal slip wrote in my account number and signed my name. i reported my debit/credit card lost on or before jan 24 2022 at that time a rep said if someone found the card no one would be able to use it that was false info because on feb 6 someone used it and pnc accused me of using it and i didnt so they put 60dollars in my account on feb ***************************** on the18th of feb told me i have a history of closing my acconts i told her that i didnt they closed out a different account because they said that the account was linked to the 60dollar account investigation and they ... read more

Frustrated and disappointed with the ***************) branch, specifically the manager. I have a business account and have had an issue. I have called more tha 10 times to try to resolve it. After about the 5th try I did manage toseakto the manager, Maridol,who said she would look into it and call me back, Almost 2 weeks later and 4-5 more calls to branch from me leaving messages, still not only no resolution, not even a call backfrom her. Extremely poor customer service!

Absolutely horrible bank they don't care about there customer or that there information is incorrect and never notify customer's in timely manner.

PNC Bank - Credit Card Services. This Bank bought out BBVA Credit Card Services. They have POOR ***************** regarding a Fraudulent charge on my account. It is Unequivocal: I have a $109.88 charge on my account, in exchange for NOTHING. NO Goods nor Services were offered nor provided for the $109.88, nor were they asked for.I have called numerous times since December about this. I have had personal and business checking and savings accounts with PNC Bank for over 20 years. Last month they decided to close all of my accounts. When I asked why they were doing this, PNC stated they had the right to close my accounts without any explanations. PNC Bank closed the debit cards with 5 days of the letter and the accounts within 30 days. I find it unacceptable that PNC Bank could close my accounts without any explanation.

If I could give zero stars I would!! It’s been TWO WEEKS & my payment to PNC is “nowhere to be found”. They keep telling me my auto loan was closed January 27th,2022 so they didn’t receive the payment of $331.07 that was sent January 28th, 2022. So where is my money??? My bank has receipts and so do I showing proof of payment to PNC! I have been calling every day for TWO weeks with no help!! PNC Bank, is an unprofessional bank. I mean FFN Help stole $60 ( Sixty Dollars) out of my checking account with out my prior knowledge. I contacted PNC **************** and left a message. I received a letter from a so called ****** (No Last Name) from ****************, stating that my claim had been denied! I tried calling her directly to get and explanation. She hadn't contacted before or afterwards. So I wrote C.E.O. ********************************, as to this date never received any explanation from himself or PNC Bank!

This is a terrible bank with the worst customer service. We closed accounts in December 2021, and the assistant bank manager, *********************************, of the *******, **, branch took 6 hours of our time to close our accounts. (They are more than happy to open accounts in less time, but they don't like it when you close an account. They ask you all kinds of nosy questions about what you are going to do with the money.
