My uncle had $55 taken from his account via spectrum wrongfully. He called Spectrum they advised him to call the bank which is PNC he did, and PNC then cancelled his card, as well as closed his account over $55 which he didnt do anything wrong.He has money in his account that his is now trying to get out. But they are giving him a hard time.
