My Church used the ******** Branch in ********** ** to make Sunday deposits of our weekly collections. One of our deposits came up missing the cash portion of the deposit. After several inquiries at the branch as well as their Headquarters we were told they couldnt determine how the cash came up missing. I closed our corporate banking accounts with PNC in 2022 due to their terribly poor customer service experiences with them, to numerous to mention. I did not want the new owner (as of April 2023) to deal with their nonsense so I closed our multi-million dollar per year business accounts with them. I learned last month that they never closed these accounts and also received a collection notice as PNC turned me personally over for collection for over $300 which included banking fees. I just opened my accounts with them and was a headache from the beginning. I was transitioning to this bank with my new employer. After deposits were made, my last two are being held and PNC is refusing to give me my money back. They will not overnight me a cashiers check in the amount of my deposits. Stating they have to be mailed. Which is prolonging my funds even further. If they would’ve communicated with me letting me know they were closing my accounts I would’ve never continued to make deposits. They have no empathy fo... read more

I have my truck financed threw pnc Bank I did not have any choice I would not recommend this bank for anything they are the worst. I just got my truck payment yesterday in the mail and it's due tomorrow, you can't call your loan payment in or pay your payment online because its a act of commerce trying to deal with customer service. So, I have to mail it in and I better not get charged a late charge because someone at pnc bank did not send my payment out on time I usually get my truck payment by the 1st of every month and th... read more
