I just opened my accounts with them and was a headache from the beginning. I was transitioning to this bank with my new employer. After deposits were made, my last two are being held and PNC is refusing to give me my money back. They will not overnight me a cashiers check in the amount of my deposits. Stating they have to be mailed. Which is prolonging my funds even further. I have my truck financed threw pnc Bank I did not have any choice I would not recommend this bank for anything they are the worst. I just got my truck payment yesterday in the mail and it's due tomorrow, you can't call your loan payment in or pay your payment online because its a act of commerce trying to deal with customer service. I came into PNC Bank for replacement debit card to have three Spanish tellers, accuse me of fraud and called the police on me, had me arrested even after verification of my account.

PNC may be the worst bank for customer service and care. I spent 37 years with the FDIC in various bank supervision roles. My experience are from my own and not related to my role with the FDIC. I’ve been banking with PNC for 20+ years and during that time their ability to care for customers has fallen through the floor. For the second time in approximately 8 months they’ve returned checks I wrote on my PNC account.
