For 16 years my son's special needs trust sat waiting for insurance money should I or my husband die. They quietly started taking out monthly fees when he turned 18. I have other accounts there including a checking account. I noticed the a problem when I printed out one of my statements and there was less than 50 dollars left in his account! If I could give them -10 stars I will ,my checking account was suddenly closed by pnc without any prior indication of its closure or rationale as to why. All I was being told is that pnc reserves the right to close down any account without reason.i have never had bounced checks ,over draft etc.. I have been a member of PNC Bank ever since they were called Compass Bank/BBVA, back in 2011. Ever since They changed there name to PNC bank, things were drastically going down hill. On early February of 2023, I have been getting random and miscellanies transactions that were charged 0.01 every hour. Eventually that would last for a couple days until the price rounded up to around $50 dollars total. PNC does not protect their customers. As customers, we can do better. They do not look for your best interest. Run as far as you can and find another bank. If your account gets hacked they tell you SORRY. But unfortunately, I cant live on that

I'm currently pressing fraud charges and suing PNC financial services group for locking me out of my money market account. It started a few years ago but I just caught them in the act and got a local branch to print out the proof of fraud. They target people with money market accounts and freeze their assets from being transferred. I wanna make my own money work for me thank you.

Spoke to customer service, specifically “***** *” who clearly should not be in customer service. I was charged overdraft despite several deposits that had been pending for days because they chose to process a payment made 3 days later before any of my deposits. Crappy company who like to scam customers for overdraft.<br /> <br /> <br />

PNC has paid over $13,000 from my escrow account to homeowners policies that were not authorized. They sent a duplicate payment to one insurance company, which I had to have them correct since they did not realize they did that. So they are blindly making payments. They paid a premium on a canceled policy after they received the cancelation notice from the insurance company. I am having to correct this for them. They made a payment on a policy that does not have my signature on it, I also had to have that corrected to them. ... read more

I have been a once customer for over ten year and they deny every loan I apply For. Bought my house denied went to another bank got approved. Bought a car denied by once approved by another bank paid that car off bought another car denied by once approved by another bank needed repairs for my house once denied loan. What is the point in being a loyal customer with not one time over drafting account pay my credit card bill through them on time which I have never received an increase in in ten years. Really would not recommend. I had ordered a new debit card last year which cost me $7.50, and they gave the company the updated debit card information which i was unaware they were allowed to do so. But the worst part is that money will randomly show up in my account. This has happened 5 times now. When i call them to ask months ago i referred to this as it must be a "glitch" they lady informed me it was not a glitch, so I guess it's my fault.
