On March 31 2020 I contacted my local branch about the PPP loan. They advised me to make an appointment. I did..April 7 10;30 am. On april 2 I called to confirm, Check... On April 3 2020 I received an email from my local branch advising me I could not come in, I would have to appy on line, however the website was not available!! Worst bank I ever dealt with! I have been on hold today for over 4 hours and am still holding to correct THEIR errors on my account. Do not get an account with this bank!!!

Inquired about deferring my business loan payment due to corona virus since most of my customers are not going to be able to pay what was owed. PNC stated that they could if I paid the interest on each payment. As many know interest is most of the loan payment. They also said if I deferred that they would have to increase my payment since I deferred it. So basically they are going to exploit the national emergency. Terrible customer service when there is any issue with your accounts. It’s “their way or the highway”. Why even call yourselves a customer service department since that’s clearly false advertising. Contacted regarding an issue on my newly issued credit card and received 0 assistance with the issue.

How I wish that I could have read the reviews prior to wasting 2 months and $500 and believing there Bogus Conditional approvals etc.. I uploaded documents through the Banks Tracker system only to be told Not rec'd etc. Daily I scan and email Dos;s with NO problem with the PNC exception. I should have recognized the vibes when I emailed the Lender and was told that I was not the only applicant that he was working on 40 other applicants excuse me. Unbelievably poor handling of accounts that were left in my name by my grandmother who passed. It took no less than 10 phone calls and a notarized letter to get the accounts closed. I was over and over again given contradictory information with each phone call. At one point, I was told I failed the security question because I included my apartment number which they (incorrectly) did not have listed on my account. They will give you the run-around over and over, while phone staff don't know who to refer you to. When you finally get someone after being hung up on numerous times, they don't help you. When they tell you where to fax something, they refuse to call to let you know if anything is missing, but mail you a letter weeks later saying they didn't get all of the document. Finally mailed them the whole document that's certified, and yet they claim there's still another page missing! Just delaying to collect more interest!

If I could I will give them below zero last year I have very bad experience with Pnc Bank because of international wire transfer, they pay me very bad exchange rate and they try to escape problem, with lots off headache go back and forth with them they agree they made mistake, this year again where I cannot resolving issues with them they send me to branch where they do know nothing they call over the phone to take consultations with their representatives to give me answers. If you are from the any of the following countries ****, ********* or *****. They will not let you open a business checking account, even if you have lived in ***************** as a legal resident (green card holder) for more than 5 years and soon becoming ** citizen, they will just simply say no. Please stay away from this racist company.
