This is the worst bank for customer service and all operations are a joke! I have an acct and credit card with them, anytime I make a purchase with Credit card that has more than enough credit, they issue a fraud alert which through email that can't be responded to. they say call, and when you do they just give you the run around and continue to transfer you to other incompetent service idiots.What ever you do, DO NoT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHAME OF A BANK!
Do not bank here! Terrible customer relations. Every month its a fight to get deposits corrected, car loans corrected. When you tell them your making an extra payment and to put it all on the principle, at least I expect that to happen. I have even written it on the face of my check. Stupid, ignorant or uncaring people work here. I have already moved most of my money elsewhere.Don't give them the chance to s**** up your hard earned money. I have even wrote to the *** twice, no response. This bank is owned by a bank in *****.
Simple makes you open an individual account for each person on a shared account. Months ago. My individual account went negative by ****. I only used the account because I lost my card for our shared account. Simple is closing all of our accounts over 5 dollars. They want me to mail them a check when I could very easily just transfer it from the shared account. Their customer service people agreed with us on the phone but told us nothing the could do. Now we have to find a new bank.
06.03.20 03:10pm , I just called to the customer service phone number for assistance , this guy who supposedly is a PNC customer service representative , his last name is "Harry" first name "Devie or Devon" , he was really RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I'm so disappointed. I do not recommend this bank at all.

I have been using bbva since i was 16, today i was purchasing games on my switch and my card was locked for supposed fraud. Well I've been on hold for almost an hour and am still waiting for assistance from the bank security people. The line rang a few times and then i was put back on hold. I am NOT at all happy with this wait time! What if i was trying to buy groceries when my card got locked? This wait time is absolutely ridiculous!
My wife and I recently went through the mortgage process with PNC, we had numerous problems throughout the process: 1) Communication - Going through the pre-approval process was relatively straightforward and all parties involved at PNC were very responsive. As the process progressed the responsiveness decreased significantly to the point where, my last few emails went unanswered. One of the worst customer service ever. They cannot get anything right. I refinanced my car loan from **** to another bank back in Dec 2019 and its been 6 months, still they have'nt transferred the title to the new bank. Since **** does not know how to do their **** job and are reluctant to come out of their laziness, my new bank is telling me that I have to pay 18% interest on the loan. I opened an account with **** not long before the unfortunate occurrence of Covid-19 spreading through the US and set up direct deposit with them. Soon after branches started to close earlier and things just started to move to everything being done online. So keeping with a Governor's orders I decided to stay home if I could help it. i am a current client of PNC bank attempting to refinance, which they have told me to go pay to lock in a rate with a competitor to get them to "look" at possibly matching their rate/ program. I have already paid PNC to start the process of refinancing and have limited to no communication since paying to start the process.
