PNC at the Anderson Mounds Mall discriminates against white people. Worst customer service I’ve ever had by teller Erin.

Business response:

PNC takes our customer's concerns very seriously. We will be working privately with our customer to resolve this matter

What happened to **** * happened with us as well. Our overdraft was $1.99 on an individual account with plenty of money in the shared account. Took almost 45 days for us to get all our money back. Very disappointing. If you are reading this, I'll say this sincerely: look for an established bank.

We have lived in our home for a year and a half, since we moved in every month we get a piece of mail from PNC addressed to a pseudonym of a former resident. These are not marked as "or current resident", so I do not open them, I can only assume they are bank statements. Every month I mark this mail "Return to Sender" "Addressee Unknown" "No Longer at this Address" and put it back in the mail. Every month those instructions are ignored. I have called PNC "Customer Service" and I have stopped by the local branch with a piece ... read more

Last week we received some “First Class Presort” junk mail from PNC, according to the back of the actual envelope it was from PNC Investments, 1900 East 9th Street, 16 Floor, Cleveland, OH 44114. I looked up this company on the internet and found a phone number. Well when I call this number it rings numerous times with no message. In the past 8 years our company has had numerous issues with PNC Bank in Orange Beach, AL which was closed down last year. The real issue is the fact that one of these pieces of mail came addressed... read more

In regards to their home loan department - Awful communication skills. Takes days to get a reply to an email or a call back from their loan officers. The supervisors are just as bad as their loan officers. They never pick up their phones claiming "phone troubles." Stay away for your own sanity

Had an issue with Instacart where I was charged three times for one delivery during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. Do not own a printer, did not have access to one due to restrictions. So PNC sided with Instacart since there was no way for me to mail the documentation. They overdrafted my account to take back the provisional credits. So now I am going directly through the BBB since they have an option to upload the documentation, but will not be immediate. Low score for a bank that sides with a company when they kno... read more

Never deal with this bank! I have a $100,000 CD coming due in a few days. Called customer service to find about options. Got "*******" quickly. He told me the only way to receive my money was to have it sent by check to my home address and if I wanted my money sent to me I had to send a fax or letter with a copy of my "ID" and my signature notarized. No online option existed.I went to my attorney's office to get signature notarized and use his fax machine. The fax number rang busy for over an hour.I called later that day. Dem... read more

I have been trying to close my account since 5/22/20 in order to have funds purchase a house. Although the frontline CS folks have been very helpful (probably 8 calls and as many hours on the phone) the department that handles account closures is non responsive. CS service keeps telling me they can see I have requested to close the account and have provided the information to BBVA needed to complete this but nothing has been done. No matter how much I ask to escalate the issue I am repeatedly forwarded to a voicemail for ***... read more

We are still trying to close on a Heloc with PNC. We have a 1st mortgage with them. We opened the CHELOC loan application on March 31st. There have been many delays, some attributable to Covid-19 shutdowns. Our Final approval was communicated to us on June 2nd. It is now June 17th and they have not yet prepared the closing documents. I cannot recommend PNC to others. ****** ************
