I think they better get another way to properly respond to their customers issues besides a message board and calling customer service is not helping anyone cause when all they know is nothing about what's going on. I’ve lost everything! IVE LOST EVERYTHING BECAUSE OF THESE ********! I’ve closed my business and all my employees. I ACTUALLY SHUT DOWN MY COMPANY! After having SEVERAL fraudulent charges on my Simple account, amounting to over $800 I knew this was an awful banking company. You are NEVER once notified of the suspicious charges. As a customer I have a choice what mailing address to use. Is Not your choice. This is selfish for a business. We the people put our money into your establishment. And there nothing in return. No notification on policies or update procedures. This Business do as they will. And if a person do ask question. There answer is we will be working privately with customer to resolve this matter. BBVA is the worst bank that I have ever dealt with for businesses and may be committing fraudulent acts in holding money due to its customers. I have a $117,142 Cashier's Check due back to our Company, from BBVA Bank. Recently, i was shopping around for a refinance with other banks. My chosen lender contacted PNC without me knowing looking for basic info like account balance and PNC charged me a service fee without me even being aware of what was going on. I was a long term customer and supporter of PNC Bank. However, I would never recommend this bank to anyone. The amount of fees can cause your account to spiral into debt. Numerous times I setup my account to pull from my savings account if my account was overdrawn. Somehow this setting needed reset every single month, even though I called customer service about the issue. They said they could do nothing. I was charged an overdraft fee. On August 25, 2020, I had applied for, and was denied, a business checking account and I'm not sure why. I have a legit business, I'm a citizen, I had provided all of my documentation and personal information, and I don't have a terrible credit score.
