Worst bank I have ever had the misfortune to due business with. Have a vehicle loan through them and several times I have tried to change the payment due date to the 1st of the month instead of the 26th, but their "customer service" department is never available it seems. I leave messages with my information and they say they will call you back but no one ever does.
