We used to like renting from PMI until we moved out. First off, id like to say we are very clean people, we had our apartment professionally cleaned every 2 weeks for the 3 years we rented with them. Me and my husband have no pets or children, and both work full time 6 days a week, so we did not spend large portions of time in the apartment. The worst company ever! They are rude and unprofessional! They only text you and charge fees that are inaccurate and have to reimburse all the time! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Dan is the problem over there and should be fired!
Me and my husband had a wonderful experience renting from PMI. They were responsive and helpful. They responded to all our requests in a timely manner. Communications mainly through text but that honestly worked for me and my husband busy schedules. They even tried helping us find a new place when it came time for us to move closer to home even though it wasn't through them. All and all a wonderful experience, and we will be renting a property managed with them again in the future. Thanks PMI!
Very unprofessional management company. They will not answer their phone. Only way to communicate is via a text message. Not renter friendly. We would not recommend this management team to anyone. If they are listed as the management for a property, I would look elsewhere.
