Bad service didnt complete job only gave us 1 sevice was supost to 3 services for $300. They came early in moring 7am we didnt here the door bell so they canceled our service and said if want more service we need to pay $300 more to restart the service. But they didnt even show up for 1 appt for us never even called.This dont seem fair
I did not receive the service I expected for the price I paid ($166) was way out of line. The tech came out too spray and put the mouse traps out, he was there a total of 20 mins. He said that he would be back in 30days to check the mouse houses. I did call about 60 days later saying he has not called or stopped back, I was having trouble with the beetles and spiders, I was told they would send someone out. Plunkett's was great! They arrived in a timely manner, inspected our ant issue, provided treatment solution and the ants went away shortly thereafter. Our technician was careful, courteous, and remained socially distanced. I was able to view my service report online and easily make payments. Overall great experience.
We have had Plunkett's Pest Control for years and this year our ant problem has been terrible. We have called our service man out more than a few times and the ants didn't go away. Well I was thinking of getting a new company so when our service man called I told him I was going to get a new pest control co. He told me if I changed my mind to call him back. Business response:
After responding to repeated calls our service team was unable to locate evidence of ants being reported. As discussed with the client, at this point we feel unable to satisfy the client's needs and therefore recommended she try another company.
Plunketts has been nothing short of amazing. I enrolled in the seasonal programs and have had great success in ridding the critters in our home inside and out. We have been customers for over 5 years now and preventative spraying and regular checks gives us peace of mind. Thanks you Plunketts for your great service. Kind, knowledgeable and helpful.

This company is horrible. They will renew a contract without your authorization. Dawn an employee there spoke very condescendingly and said "I'm sorry you don't understand the contract YOU SIGNED" then threatened to put the bill in collections, which it already was. They claim they provided service but never did. It's a complete scam. This company is horrible, nothing short of a scam.
