Super disappointing. Not only do they make you hand over your CC info BEFORE even getting an appointment set up. It took an entire week to get someone to call me. Then they just left a very garbled message. Not really instilling confidence in their service. AND… although I can’t prove it, my card number was used for a fraudulent transaction. Kailyn was so rude! She called my wife names when she didn’t understand the information she was given and proceeded to hang up on her face! I would not recommend the Fridley location!
TERRIBLE customer service and results. I caught 1 chipmunk prior to hiring them. In 9 days of service I was told 1 chipmunk was caught. Checked the traps every morning and saw only missing bait with no capture. The trapper never tried anything different and every day bait was gone and nothing in traps. Couldn't even get supervisor Matt to every call me back.
Gave me a service I did not order. And billed me and got paid before I even knew what they had done. Said I'm under contract. What contract. Stay away from these people. I'm now filing a claim with the Minnesota Attorney general's office. This company knows they did me wrong.
Superior service! Our Technician Matt went above and beyond. We have never used a pest control service and we were very pleased with our first experience! We will recommend Plunkett’s to our friends and family!
This company was referred to me by a buddy who used them a few years ago to rid his roof eaves of squirrels as well as block the access hole....and was charged between $300-$400. 3 years later I requested a quote for the same issue on a smaller house and was quoted $2,260. There is no way I'm going to pay that kind of money to get rid of a few squirrels and block a couple holes in the roof line above my porch. My kids attend New Creations Childcare in Prior Lake, MN. At arrival today it was bike day and all the kids bikes and helmets were outside. The Plunkett’s pest control people were there spraying pesticides and it was going all over children’s bikes and helmets they were about to play with. Very unprofessional as it would’ve been fairly easy to ask the staff to move children’s things so they didn’t get pesticides all over themselves.
For 13 years we used the spider treatments which were effective. The treatments were ALWAYS the first week of May as we have a porch with roof screens that cannot be installed until after the treatment so they can reach the 2nd story windows. We CANCELLED service - this year and going forward - because the scheduler - Denise - could not schedule until late May. As a former CEO, I want businesses know why they lost long time/loyal customers. :-(
