Gave me a service I did not order. And billed me and got paid before I even knew what they had done. Said I'm under contract. What contract. Stay away from these people. I'm now filing a claim with the Minnesota Attorney general's office. This company knows they did me wrong.

Superior service! Our Technician Matt went above and beyond. We have never used a pest control service and we were very pleased with our first experience! We will recommend Plunkett’s to our friends and family!

This company was referred to me by a buddy who used them a few years ago to rid his roof eaves of squirrels as well as block the access hole....and was charged between $300-$400. 3 years later I requested a quote for the same issue on a smaller house and was quoted $2,260. There is no way I'm going to pay that kind of money to get rid of a few squirrels and block a couple holes in the roof line above my porch. My kids attend New Creations Childcare in Prior Lake, MN. At arrival today it was bike day and all the kids bikes and helmets were outside. The Plunkett’s pest control people were there spraying pesticides and it was going all over children’s bikes and helmets they were about to play with. Very unprofessional as it would’ve been fairly easy to ask the staff to move children’s things so they didn’t get pesticides all over themselves.

For 13 years we used the spider treatments which were effective. The treatments were ALWAYS the first week of May as we have a porch with roof screens that cannot be installed until after the treatment so they can reach the 2nd story windows. We CANCELLED service - this year and going forward - because the scheduler - Denise - could not schedule until late May. As a former CEO, I want businesses know why they lost long time/loyal customers. :-(

Bad service didnt complete job only gave us 1 sevice was supost to 3 services for $300. They came early in moring 7am we didnt here the door bell so they canceled our service and said if want more service we need to pay $300 more to restart the service. But they didnt even show up for 1 appt for us never even called.This dont seem fair

I did not receive the service I expected for the price I paid ($166) was way out of line. The tech came out too spray and put the mouse traps out, he was there a total of 20 mins. He said that he would be back in 30days to check the mouse houses. I did call about 60 days later saying he has not called or stopped back, I was having trouble with the beetles and spiders, I was told they would send someone out. I waited about a months (after me calling 3 times) before anyone contacted me. They scheduled a time for 7 am, at 6:55 ... read more

Plunkett's was great! They arrived in a timely manner, inspected our ant issue, provided treatment solution and the ants went away shortly thereafter. Our technician was careful, courteous, and remained socially distanced. I was able to view my service report online and easily make payments. Overall great experience.
