If I could give a 1/2 star, I would. I'm in Cincinnati and have a woodpecker problem. They've came out twice, sold us on 3 woodpecker flashers, and as of today we a hole w/ a woodpecker in it. They also claim to try and match the caulking, our service guy even said he is OCD about matching it to our paint, and I have to tell you it looks like a child filled the holes. Not very interested in helping me with a mouse problem. Called about mice in my attic and 2 old guys showed up without a ladder. It said they would plug entry holes for I believe $375 in the original agreement. They looked from the ground and said I should look in these spots. Recommended a wildlife guy associated with them who wasn’t very interested either. He fixed two areas and charged me $590. It did nothing for my mouse problems. No major improvements to central PA service since my one star review filed this June. The hire of a new, local tech increased my review from one star to two stars. He is trying to do things right for his customers. When local/regional leadership addressed complaints from June, new contracts were offered to some of the customers. All new contracts had either increased cost, reduced service intervals or both. I was panicking; today we found a yellow jacket nest in the window frame and they were emerging in the apartment of a new refugee family from Ethiopia/Kenya. One child was stung. I live upstairs and am highly allergic, so I called Plunkett: HELP! It was a Friday afternoon but Mark squeezed us in within 2 hours. I have increased my previous review from one star to three only because the raccoon issue we had has been resolved. I would still be hesitant to recommend this company because the job has still not been completed and it has been well over a month. As part of the damage repairs from the raccoons, a chimney cap was supposed to be installed and it still hasn’t been. Also a closed up trap is still at my house and has been since the end of June. Mixed feelings. I've used Plunketts for a couple different properties. I liked them better when I first started using them around 2016 or so. I had an appointment scheduled 6/27. I was very clear with the office that the tech needed to call me to let him/her in. As far as I know, that never happened. I called the office a couple days later to ask if they could send the tech back to do the interior treatment. They said sure, but they didn't really mean it. They just decided to count the next scheduled appointment as a return.... read more

Commercial account here, the guys who have come out have done a fantastic job. Very friendly, and professional. They know how to get the job done, and what is needed. We had issues they cleaned up in a matter of a few visits.
