After our hot water heater died, we thought we'd be stuck over the long weekend. ******** was quick to respond, very professional, and courteous. He did great work and I would hope to have him assigned for any service calls I have in the future!

I scheduled an appt the day prior. I called to confirm my appt the morning of and I was GUARANTEED my appt. was still scheduled. I was called 5 hours later, after the 1pm appt time to be told it would be the NEXT day. Trying to explain to the "supervisor" I was not happy, and she hung up on me!! .DO NOT USE TJIS SERVICE!!!

There aren't enough words to describe the excellent service provided by ******** His knowledge and professionalism are outstanding and he is also kind, considerate and personable. He was cheerful in the face of a daunting access issue and went out of his way to be helpful. He was on time and made sure I understood each step.of his work. I just regret that Plumbline will no longer service condo units.

Had a difficult time getting an appointment due to a backlog of customers. The tech was great. I felt like he was honest and forthright. When I called Nest about 10 days ago, they never asked me to troubleshoot this issue, which really ***** my biscuits. When ***** suggested a great solution to our problem it was like the clouds parted and the sun came out, plus we didnt have to pay a large fee. We know what to do now and ***** offered several viable alternative solutions for us, should the problem arise again.
