AC broke yesterday. Hottest day of the year. Called at 7am. Was told we'd be contacted and serviced today. By 11, hadn't heard anything. So I called. They shut down the dispatch, stating they're overwhelmed. Now I don't even know if I will be helped today. It's 100 degrees outside, can't open windows. It's a hot car.
