**** and his apprentice, *******, did an amazing job today installing a new water heater, toilet, new pressure regulator, multiple new shut off valves and a filtration system. They walked us through all the work when finished along with future maintenance tips. We have always had great professional service from plumbline and will continue to use them in the future. Plumbline let me and my client down. As a RE/MAX realtor I will not recommend Plumbline again. A technician came out Tuesday afternoon and did a good job, but was unable to finish up. He was going to go get a new pressure gauge and come back Wednesday morning to see if the problem was his gauge or another gas leak. Repeated calls to Plumbline on Wednesday and Thursday finally resulted in an appointment between 8-1:00 Friday. No one showed up or called. Incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied with Plumbline services. They charged me over $400 to install a garbage disposal that I purchased on my own. They lacked the professionalism and communication to contact me to confirm the price and to discuss the 40 minutes of work they performed that day. *** tried calling five times, last of which was a voicemail to the manager of billing, and still no help or guidance. Very frustrated. Will not recommend them to anyone. Will likely not use this company moving forward.
They were very courteous and professional. They were up front with pricing and completed the work in a timely manner.
