Great work by the electrician diagnosing the issue and quickly fixing it. Also received great service from the staff setting up and confirming the appointment.
Well, the tech got his snake stuck in my pipe which was not really his fault. $4K later... ************* with the company came & replaced my bad line. My biggest problem is that the first tech was too lazy to put a NEW wax seal under my toilet when they reset it after the fiasco of having to cut their snake off & leaving it in my line over the weekend. 1 week later.... the line is draining just fine but toilet is leaking.
