The technician came out to help me with a water issue in my basement bathroom. He located the problem and fixed it. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He gave me a lot of information about the problem and how to avoid it in the future. He also did a check on past work I have had done with Plumbline Services to make sure everything is working correctly.

The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.My only dissatisfaction is with the lack of communication from the company.We were scheduled for an 0800-1300 appointment. The tech didnt even begin his shift until noon and did not arrive until ****. Knowing where the tech is in process and updating the customer occasionally is essential. Good communication costs nothing.
