I contacted Plumbline to take advantage of their 25 years celebration special to inspect my furnaces for $25 each. The experience started off great from making the appointment, the service technician, ****** called 30 minutes ahead of my appointment time, arriving on time, and performing a complete thorough inspection. ****** was respectful of our home, polite, very knowledgeable and explained what the inspection entailed. Over charged us to add an outdoor faucet. We should have crawled into the crawl space when the work was done, shame on us, but we didn't notice until my husband went to winterize the faucet that the Plumbline plumber hooked the outside faucet to our kitchen sink instead of to the main line. They used cheap plastic "pipe" instead of copper and there's no shut off valve. The technicians came in and diagnosed the drain issue quickly. The line was snaked and camera scoped to identify any other unseen issues. Very professional, polite and efficient. We will always call Plumbline for our needs
What should have been an under $200 service call cost us just under $1,000. I feel robbed. We will not use your services again. ****** is working, men were friendly, and they seemed very knowledgable, however, the pricing was atrocious.
We had a sewer backup and called Plumbline. **************, Jordan *** was over in a few hours and was able to fix the issue in less than 40 min. He was knowledgeable, professional and respectful. We've been calling Plumbline for a few years now with any plumbing problems. They've been great every time. It pays to be a VIP member!
