I would give ******************** and ***** and his installation crew a 5 rating. However, I was disappointed how the final receipt for payment of the work is handled. The installation was completed on Friday evening, and I paid in full on Friday but had to wait for the billing office to send me a receipt for payment until Monday. A receipt for payment should be given on day of installation completion and then the full description of the work should follow the next business day.
***** came to our house to clear a drain! He got the job done. He was friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job. Because of *****, we will use this service again and I already have told friends and family how great this was. Highly recommend!
I had the master shut off valve for my sprinkler system replaced. Excellent service. Clean professional and efficient. Would have been a 5 but they are pricey.

Three Plumbline Strikes:Strike 1. Plumbline's poster child electrician in their commercials showed up to install a ceiling fan and 3 electrical outlets. Poster child proceeded to chisel away at my ceiling with a screwdriver leaving debris everywhere (which might contain asbestos due to the age of the house) as well as an inch wide gap surrounding the base of the ceiling fan where you could reach your hand up through into the attic. ***** We loved the customer service of **********************. They were very pleasant and efficient in meeting our needs. However, the cost of replacing about 8 feet of copper pipe, with about one hour of labor, was $700.00and that included a senior discount. We were very surprised and disappointed by the cost.
