My technician, ****, did a furnace inspection. He explained his results clearly, and gave me options and prices for cleaning, filter ************, and a valve replacement. He did the items agreed to carefully and thoroughly. He explained the changes very clearly. Im very satisfied with the work and his professional communication.

I strongly recommend not using Plumbline Services now that they have adopted a policy of "charging per job, not per hour." I simply needed a new cartridge in my shower handle. I even had the faucet already taken apart so the plumber simply needed to pull out the old cartridge, put in a new one, and put the handle back on. It took him about 45 minutes total, including time talking to me and clean up. The cartridge itself was just under $30, the labor was $585. While the service guy was really nice, the cost was a total ripoff. $560 for 20min worth of work. Ridiculous!

Excellent service from start to finish. I am very happy with the service provided. Replacement of 17 of drain under the basement floor. Cost was the same as quoted. Work was quick and the work area was left clean. Will definitely recommend
