********** came out at the prescribed time slot ( 1 regular plumber and 1 newer hire, although both plumbers). I was only expecting an estimate. They gave me the estimate, agreeing with the selection of replacement toilets I had researched. They also let me know - and I witnessed that my shut off water valves - to the unit and the mainline valves were seized up and needed to be replaced. I agreed. Everything went well.
