Was very impressed with *******************. He was on time, knowledgeable, and very professional. He took time to explain what thermostat would be appropriate for our home. Did a great job with installation and checking wiring for our furnace. Would definitely request for him to service our needs with HVAC issues.
Great service start to finish. I called with a small emergency on a Saturday, and they told me they could be here between 1:00 and 5:00 pm. The tech called at 1:25 to say he was on the way. He was finished with the job and cleaned up by 1:50. The tech was very professional. We would recommend anytime, and they have repeat customers with us.
My attic fan was making some kind of weird noise. I was afraid I was going to have to replace it. ***** came out, got up in the attic, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The fan is on the same circuit as the smoke alarm, so he checked to make sure it wouldnt overload. He sent me photos of what was wrong with my fan and how hed fixed it. If I could give Plumbline Services a zero out of 5 stars I would have. When I called to set up an appointment to have my broken ** unit assessed I was told it would cost $49 for the service man to come out and look at the unit. However when the ** technician showed up, he told my husband it was going to cost an ADDITIONAL $150 for him to diagnose the ** problem. My husband was pretty sure the ** capacitor needed to be replaced (a capacitor is a $16 part on Amazon) and he asked the technician how much it would cost for him to... read more
